Information we collect
When you submit a booking inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, preferred date, guest count, pickup location, preferred experience, food preference, allergies, special occasion, message, safety consent, browser user agent, and a hashed version of the request IP address for abuse prevention.
How we store it
Inquiry data is stored securely for owner follow-up. Website media may be stored in the site media library. We do not use an external CRM or resell customer data.
How we use it
The data is used only to respond to booking inquiries, check availability, discuss weather and route suitability, confirm food preferences, and manage inquiry status. We do not resell customer data.
Spam protection and analytics
The booking form uses an automated abuse-prevention check. Verification tokens are validated server-side before an inquiry is stored. If Google Analytics is enabled, it is used for site measurement and conversion reporting. Custom analytics events avoid sending names, phone numbers, email addresses, pickup locations, allergies, or free-text inquiry messages.
Data access and deletion
To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, contact hello@example.com or +919779002527. The owner should verify the request before changing customer records.
