Terms & Safety

Comfort first. Safety before scenery.

These terms keep the experience honest: plans depend on weather, roads, safety, permissions, and local restrictions.

Nature of the experience

Himalayan Stove Stories is presented as a private scenic drive and local-hosted food experience near Manali. It is not described as an adventure sport listing, regulated trek, illegal deep-forest access, or guaranteed snow access unless the owner separately obtains and publishes the required permissions, licenses, and wording.

Weather, roads, and route changes

The experience depends on weather, road conditions, safety, permissions, local restrictions, and guest comfort. The host may change route, timing, food setup, pickup plan, or cancel the outing for safety.

Guest responsibilities

  • Guests must disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, health limitations, mobility needs, and relevant comfort concerns before confirmation.
  • Guests must follow host safety instructions around roads, viewpoints, weather, stove setup, and stop boundaries.
  • No littering is allowed. Waste must be carried back.
  • Guests should dress for mountain weather and bring personal medication if needed.

Food and stove safety

Food is prepared fresh only when conditions are safe and suitable. No open flames are used where prohibited. Travel stove use may be changed or skipped if wind, dryness, restrictions, or site conditions make cooking unsuitable.

No unsupported claims

This website does not claim licensed, approved, insured, forest-permitted, certified, or official status. The owner must add those claims only after verifying and configuring the correct legal wording.
