Inquiry status

A website inquiry is not a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only after the host confirms availability, weather, route, pickup time, food plan, final price, and any deposit requirement.

Deposit rules

Deposit amount and refund window to be confirmed by the owner before launch.

Weather and safety cancellation

If the host changes or cancels a plan due to snow, landslide risk, heavy rain, unsafe roads, forest restrictions, local rules, or unsuitable stove conditions, guests should be offered a safe route change or rescheduling option where possible.
